Husqvarna is a brand name used by a number of factories, all somehow connected with the Husqvarna Vapenfabrik (Husqvarna weapons factory), founded in 1689 to produce muskets for the Swedish army. The Husqvarna logo is composed of the schematic representation of the cross section of a gun barrel topped by the viewfinder. The name comes from the name of the city where it was founded this factory, Huskvarna with a small change in writing.
